REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. NO REFUND FOR DIGITAL GOODS

Due to the nature of digital products (iThrillsheet templates, access links, and video masterclasses), all sales are final. Once a download link has been sent or a digital asset has been accessed, Retailanchor LTD cannot issue a refund. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" and are considered "consumed" the moment the link is delivered to your email.

2. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

In the event that you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour period, we will gladly refund the second purchase. Please contact us with both Order Numbers within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you are having trouble accessing your file or the link is broken, please reach out to contact@ithrill.net. Our team will work with you to ensure you receive a working copy of your purchase. Technical difficulties do not constitute a ground for a refund unless we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 7 business days.

4. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & DISPUTES

While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "lack of use," your satisfaction is important. If you feel the product is significantly different from the description on our website, please contact us.

Please note: Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank without first contacting our support team may result in permanent blacklisting from our future updates and services.

5. REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

In the rare case where a refund is approved by our management (e.g., duplicate purchase), the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that crypto payments are subject to network fees and will be refunded in the original USDT/crypto amount minus any processing fees.
